“ACERUN 7K 2026” or “Event” is a 7K running activity scheduled to be held on August 2, 2026, at a location to be determined and/or announced later by the Organizer through official channels.

“ACERUN 7K 2026” atau “Acara” adalah kegiatan lari kategori 7K yang direncanakan untuk diselenggarakan pada tanggal 2 Agustus 2026 di lokasi yang akan ditentukan dan/atau diumumkan lebih lanjut oleh Penyelenggara melalui kanal resmi.

“Organizer” refers to PT Acer Indonesia, including event organizers, agencies, vendors, partners, sponsors, and other parties designated or collaborating with PT Acer Indonesia in relation to the organization of ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Penyelenggara” adalah PT Acer Indonesia, termasuk pihak event organizer, agensi, vendor, mitra, sponsor, dan pihak lain yang ditunjuk atau bekerja sama dengan PT Acer Indonesia sehubungan dengan penyelenggaraan ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Participant” refers to any person who registers, purchases tickets, redeems promo codes, obtains e-tickets, collects race packs, and/or participates in ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Peserta” adalah setiap orang yang melakukan pendaftaran, membeli tiket, menukarkan promo code, memperoleh e-ticket, mengambil race pack, dan/atau mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Ticket” refers to the right of participation in ACERUN 2026, whether obtained through online purchase or through the redemption of a Promo Code under an applicable promotional program.

“Tiket” adalah hak keikutsertaan Peserta dalam ACERUN 7K 2026, baik yang diperoleh melalui pembelian secara online maupun melalui penukaran promo code berdasarkan program promosi yang berlaku.

“Promo Code” refers to a unique code that may be used to obtain one (1) ACERUN 7K 2026 Ticket, subject to the applicable promotional terms and conditions established by the Organizer.

“Promo Code” adalah kode unik yang dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh 1 (satu) Tiket ACERUN 7K 2026 sesuai syarat dan ketentuan program promosi yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara.

“Race Pack” refers to the race kit provided to Participants, which may include a race bib (BIB number), event jersey, and/or other items determined by the Organizer.

“Race Pack” adalah paket perlengkapan lomba yang dapat terdiri dari BIB/nomor dada, jersey dan/atau perlengkapan lain sebagaimana ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

“Official Channels” refers to the official website, registration platform, official social media accounts, email communications, and/or any other communication channels officially designated or utilized by the Organizer for ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Kanal Resmi” adalah situs web, halaman pendaftaran, media sosial resmi, email, dan/atau sarana komunikasi lain yang ditentukan atau digunakan secara resmi oleh Penyelenggara untuk ACERUN 7K 2026.

“Race Guide” refers to the official technical guide for the Event, which may include information regarding the race route, meeting point, event schedule, flag-off procedures, cut-off time, Race Pack collection, race regulations, safety measures, health protocols, event facilities, and other technical details issued and/or updated by the Organizer from time to time.

“Race Guide” adalah panduan teknis Acara yang dapat memuat informasi rute, titik kumpul, jadwal, flag-off, cut-off time, ketentuan race pack, tata tertib lari, keamanan, kesehatan, fasilitas, dan informasi teknis lain yang akan diterbitkan atau diperbarui oleh Penyelenggara.

ACERUN 7K 2026 is a 7K running event scheduled to be held as follows:

• Location: Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan
• The assembly point on race day is located at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan
• Assembly time: 05.00 AM WIB
• Flag-off time: 06.00 AM WIB

ACERUN 7K 2026 merupakan kegiatan lari kategori 7K yang akan berlangsung:

• Hari/Tanggal: Minggu, 2 Agustus 2026
• Lokasi: Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan
• Titik kumpul pada hari pelaksanaan (race day) berada di Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan

Race Pack Collection is scheduled to take place as follows:

Penukaran Race Pack direncanakan berlangsung pada:

Information regarding the race route, cut-off time, water stations, medical points, baggage drop facilities, parking arrangements, venue access, event schedule, and other technical requirements will be announced through the Race Guide and/or the Organizer's Official Channels.

Informasi mengenai rute, cut-off time, water station, medical point, baggage drop, ketentuan parkir, akses masuk, jadwal kegiatan, dan ketentuan teknis lainnya akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut melalui Race Guide dan/atau Kanal Resmi Penyelenggara.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, route, meeting point, start and finish locations, Event format, participant quota, available facilities, and/or any other technical aspects of the Event at its sole discretion. Such changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to, participant safety, security considerations, regulatory requirements, venue conditions, instructions from government authorities, force majeure events, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by the Organizer.

Penyelenggara berhak mengubah jadwal, lokasi, rute, titik kumpul, titik start/finish, format Acara, jumlah kuota, fasilitas, dan/atau ketentuan teknis Acara dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keselamatan, keamanan, perizinan, kondisi lapangan, arahan pihak berwenang, keadaan kahar, atau alasan lain yang dianggap perlu oleh Penyelenggara.

ACERUN 7K 2026 is open to both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals who satisfy all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, including age requirements, health requirements, administrative requirements, and any technical requirements established by the Organizer.

ACERUN 7K 2026 terbuka Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang memenuhi seluruh persyaratan berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, termasuk persyaratan usia, kesehatan, administrasi, serta ketentuan teknis yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara.

Indonesian participants must provide a valid government-issued identification document, including a National Identity Card (KTP), Child Identity Card (KIA), or any other official identification document acceptable to the Organizer. Foreign participants must provide a valid passport and/or any other legally recognized immigration document as requested by the Organizer.

Peserta WNI wajib menggunakan dokumen identitas resmi yang masih berlaku, termasuk Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Kartu Identitas Anak, atau dokumen identitas resmi lainnya yang dapat diterima oleh Penyelenggara. Peserta WNA wajib menggunakan paspor dan/atau dokumen keimigrasian lain yang sah sebagaimana diminta oleh Penyelenggara.

The 7K Run category is generally open to Participants aged between 17 and 70 years old. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time during the registration process, Race Pack collection, or Event participation.

Kategori 7K Run pada prinsipnya terbuka untuk Peserta yang telah berusia 17 tahun hingga 70 tahun. Penyelenggara berhak meminta bukti usia dan identitas kapan saja selama proses pendaftaran, pengambilan Race Pack, atau keikutsertaan Acara.

Foreign nationals are welcome to participate in ACERUN 7K 2026. However, should the Organizer establish podium categories or winner classifications based on race results, foreign participants shall not be eligible for podium ranking, podium awards, or official winner determination unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

Peserta berkewarganegaraan asing (WNA) dapat berpartisipasi dalam ACERUN 7K 2026. Namun demikian, dalam hal Penyelenggara menetapkan kategori pemenang podium berdasarkan hasil perlombaan, Peserta WNA tidak termasuk dalam kriteria penilaian maupun penetapan pemenang podium, kecuali dinyatakan lain oleh Penyelenggara.

Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of completing a 7K running event. Participants with a history of heart disease, respiratory disorders, hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy, serious injuries, pregnancy, or any other medical condition that may affect their ability to safely participate are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified physician before registering for and participating in ACERUN 7K 2026.

Peserta bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan bahwa dirinya berada dalam kondisi kesehatan yang memadai untuk mengikuti kegiatan lari 7K. Peserta yang memiliki riwayat penyakit jantung, gangguan pernapasan, tekanan darah tinggi, diabetes, epilepsi, cedera serius, sedang hamil, atau kondisi medis tertentu lainnya disarankan untuk berkonsultasi terlebih dahulu dengan dokter sebelum mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026.

The Organizer, medical personnel, race marshals, security personnel, or relevant authorities reserve the right to deny participation, prevent a Participant from starting, or require a Participant to withdraw from the Event if, in their reasonable judgment, the Participant's condition may pose a risk to their own safety, the safety of other participants, Event personnel, or the orderly conduct of the Event.

Penyelenggara, tenaga medis, marshal, petugas keamanan, atau pihak berwenang berhak menolak, menghentikan, atau tidak memperkenankan Peserta untuk memulai atau melanjutkan lomba apabila menurut penilaian pihak-pihak tersebut kondisi Peserta dapat membahayakan diri sendiri, Peserta lain, petugas, atau kelancaran penyelenggaraan ACERUN 7K 2026.

By registering for, purchasing a Ticket to, redeeming a Promo Code for, collecting a Race Pack for, and/or participating in ACERUN 7K 2026, each Participant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Dengan melakukan pendaftaran, membeli Tiket, menukarkan Promo Code, mengambil Race Pack, dan/atau mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026, Peserta menyatakan bahwa dirinya telah memenuhi seluruh kualifikasi Peserta sebagaimana diatur dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

Tickets for ACERUN 7K 2026 may only be obtained through online purchase via the official channels or platforms designated by the Organizer.

Tiket ACERUN 7K 2026 dapat diperoleh melalui pembelian secara online pada kanal atau platform resmi yang ditunjuk oleh Penyelenggara.

A registration shall only be deemed valid when the Participant has completed all required registration information, accepted these Terms and Conditions, successfully completed payment, and received a registration confirmation and/or e-ticket through the official registration system or platform.

Pendaftaran hanya sah apabila Peserta telah melengkapi data yang diminta, menyetujui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, menyelesaikan pembayaran, dan menerima konfirmasi pendaftaran/e-ticket dari sistem atau platform resmi.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address, mobile phone number, and all other information provided during registration are accurate, complete, and active. Any notice, communication, confirmation, reminder, or announcement sent to the registered email address, phone number, account, or communication channel shall be deemed duly received by the Participant.

Peserta wajib memastikan bahwa alamat email, nomor telepon, dan data lain yang digunakan pada saat pendaftaran aktif dan benar. Seluruh pemberitahuan yang dikirimkan ke email, nomor telepon, akun, atau kanal komunikasi yang didaftarkan akan dianggap telah diterima oleh Peserta.

Each Participant may only possess and/or use one (1) Ticket for participation in ACERUN 2026. If a Participant acquires more than one (1) Ticket or Promo Code, any additional Ticket or Promo Code may only be used by another eligible Participant who satisfies these Terms and Conditions, provided that such Ticket or Promo Code has not yet been redeemed and its use does not violate any non-transferability provisions established by the Organizer.

Setiap identitas Peserta hanya diperkenankan memiliki dan/atau menggunakan 1 (satu) Tiket untuk mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026. Dalam hal Peserta memperoleh lebih dari 1 (satu) Tiket atau Promo Code, Tiket atau Promo Code lainnya hanya dapat digunakan oleh Peserta lain yang berbeda dan memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, sepanjang belum diredeem dan tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan non-transferability (larangan pengalihan) yang ditetapkan Penyelenggara.

All Tickets are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be used by any person other than the registered Participant, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

Tiket bersifat final, tidak dapat dikembalikan, tidak dapat diuangkan, tidak dapat ditukar, tidak dapat dialihkan, tidak dapat diperjualbelikan, tidak dapat digunakan oleh orang lain, dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk Acara lain, kecuali ditentukan lain secara tertulis oleh Penyelenggara.

The Organizer reserves the right to reject, cancel, suspend, or disqualify any registration that, in the Organizer’s reasonable judgment, contains false, incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, fraudulent, duplicated, or unauthorized information, involves abuse of the registration system, results from unauthorized transactions, or otherwise indicates fraudulent conduct.

Penyelenggara berhak menolak, membatalkan, atau mendiskualifikasi pendaftaran yang menurut penilaian Penyelenggara mengandung data palsu, tidak lengkap, tidak akurat, manipulatif, hasil rekayasa, hasil penyalahgunaan sistem, hasil transaksi tidak sah, atau memiliki indikasi kecurangan.

Any platform fees, administrative fees, service fees, transaction fees, bank charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, or other charges associated with Ticket purchases shall be borne solely by the Participant.

Biaya platform, biaya admin, biaya layanan, biaya transaksi, biaya bank, biaya payment gateway, dan/atau biaya lain yang timbul dari proses pembelian Tiket merupakan beban dan tanggungan Peserta.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses, delays, registration failures, or inconveniences resulting from system disruptions, payment failures, payment delays, incorrect data entry, network issues, chargebacks, payment rejections, third-party platform failures, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

Apabila terjadi gangguan sistem, keterlambatan, kegagalan pembayaran, kesalahan input data, gangguan jaringan, gangguan payment gateway, chargeback, penolakan pembayaran, atau kendala lain pada platform pihak ketiga di luar kendali wajar Penyelenggara, Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian, keterlambatan, atau kegagalan pendaftaran yang timbul dari keadaan tersebut.

The Organizer reserves the right to close registration prior to the announced deadline if participant capacity has been reached or if deemed necessary by the Organizer.

Penyelenggara berhak menutup pendaftaran lebih awal apabila kuota Peserta telah terpenuhi atau apabila dianggap perlu berdasarkan kebijakan Penyelenggara.

Participants may purchase Tickets through the following process:

• Access the official registration or ticketing platform designated by the Organizer
• Create an account or log in as instructed
• Read, understand, and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions
• Complete all required personal information accurately and in accordance with official identification documents
• Select the available race category
• Complete payment using one of the available payment methods
• Receive a registration confirmation and/or e-ticket via email, user account, or other communication channels provided by the official platform

• Menyelesaikan pembayaran melalui metode pembayaran yang tersedia
• Menerima konfirmasi pendaftaran/e-ticket melalui email, akun, atau kanal lain yang disediakan oleh platform resmi

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment has been successfully completed. Any registration for which payment has not been successfully processed shall not be considered valid.

Peserta wajib memastikan status pembayaran telah berhasil. Pendaftaran yang belum memperoleh status pembayaran berhasil tidak dianggap sebagai pendaftaran yang sah.

If a Participant does not receive a registration confirmation within a reasonable period after successful payment, the Participant is encouraged to check their spam, junk, or promotions folders and, if necessary, contact customer support through the official channels designated by the Organizer.

Apabila Peserta tidak menerima konfirmasi pendaftaran dalam waktu yang wajar setelah pembayaran berhasil, Peserta agar memeriksa folder spam/junk/promotions di email Peserta atau menghubungi layanan konsumen melalui kontak resmi yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

Proof of payment or payment screenshots alone shall not constitute valid proof of participation unless the transaction has been verified by the Organizer or the official registration system.

Bukti pembayaran atau tangkapan layar pembayaran saja tidak secara otomatis menjadi bukti keikutsertaan yang sah apabila belum terverifikasi oleh sistem atau Penyelenggara.

The ACERUN 7K 2026 Free Ticket Promotion is a promotional program organized by PT Acer Indonesia for customers who purchase eligible Acer products during the designated promotional period.

Program gratis Tiket ACERUN 7K 2026 dari pembelian produk Acer merupakan program promosi yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Acer Indonesia untuk pelanggan yang membeli produk Acer tertentu selama periode program.

The promotion applies to selected Acer products distributed by PT Acer Indonesia and covered by an official warranty, as announced by the Organizer from time to time. Eligible products may include, but are not limited to: laptops, monitors, projectors, desktop PCs, servers, Interactive Flat Panels, Acer Luggage, Acer FreeSense Ring, Acerpure products, and/or other products designated by the Organizer.

Program ini berlaku untuk pembelian produk Acer bergaransi resmi PT Acer Indonesia yang termasuk dalam daftar produk yang memenuhi syarat, sebagaimana diumumkan oleh Penyelenggara dari waktu ke waktu, antara lain dapat mencakup Laptop, Monitor, Proyektor, Desktop PC, Server, Interactive Flat Panel, Acer Luggage, Acer FreeSense Ring, Acerpure, dan/atau produk lain yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

The promotion does not apply to bundled items or certain accessories, including but not limited to mice, backpacks, keyboards, headsets, bundled monitors, or any other products specifically excluded by the Organizer.

Program ini tidak berlaku untuk bundling items atau aksesori tertentu, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada mouse, backpack, keyboard, headset, monitor bundling, atau produk lain yang dikecualikan oleh Penyelenggara.

Each one (1) eligible product purchased may qualify for one (1) Promo Code, subject to compliance with all promotional requirements, availability of quota, and successful verification and approval by the Organizer.

Setiap 1 (satu) unit produk yang memenuhi syarat dapat memperoleh 1 (satu) Promo Code, sepanjang memenuhi seluruh ketentuan program, kuota masih tersedia, dan klaim telah diverifikasi serta disetujui oleh Penyelenggara.

Each product serial number may only be used once for the purpose of claiming a Promo Code. Any product, serial number, invoice, receipt, proof of purchase, or supporting document that has already been used in a successful claim may not be submitted again, whether by the same individual or another person.

Satu nomor seri/serial number produk hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 (satu) kali klaim Promo Code. Produk, serial number, invoice, struk, atau bukti pembelian yang telah digunakan tidak dapat didaftarkan kembali oleh Peserta yang sama maupun Peserta lain.

For project purchases, corporate purchases, institutional purchases, tender-based procurement, bulk purchases, or other commercial transactions, the Organizer reserves the right to impose limitations on Promo Code eligibility, including limiting issuance to one (1) Promo Code per company, institution, or organization unless otherwise expressly approved in writing.

Untuk pembelian proyek, pembelian oleh korporasi/badan usaha/institusi, pembelian tender, atau pembelian dalam jumlah besar, Penyelenggara berhak menetapkan pembatasan jumlah Promo Code, termasuk membatasi 1 (satu) Promo Code untuk 1 (satu) korporasi/badan usaha/institusi, kecuali ditentukan lain secara tertulis oleh Penyelenggara.

Eligible products must be purchased during the following promotional purchase period, as evidenced by the purchase date stated on the receipt, invoice, sales slip, or other verifiable purchase documentation:

Produk yang memenuhi syarat wajib dibeli selama periode program di bawah ini, sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan tanggal pada struk, invoice, nota pembelian, atau dokumen pembelian lain yang dapat diverifikasi oleh Penyelenggara:

Promo Code claims must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

Klaim Promo Code wajib diajukan paling lambat pada tanggal 21 Juli 2026. Klaim yang diajukan setelah batas waktu tersebut tidak akan diproses.

Promo Codes are available in limited quantities and will be distributed based on the order in which complete and valid claims are received and approved by the Organizer, rather than solely on the date of product purchase.

Promo Code tersedia dalam kuota terbatas sesuai ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara. Promo Code akan diberikan berdasarkan urutan klaim yang telah diterima lengkap dan dinyatakan valid oleh Penyelenggara, bukan semata-mata berdasarkan waktu pembelian produk.

The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, extend, modify, terminate, or close the promotion at any time if available quota has been exhausted or if otherwise deemed necessary by the Organizer.

Penyelenggara berhak menghentikan, memperpanjang, mengubah, atau menutup program lebih awal apabila kuota telah terpenuhi atau apabila dianggap perlu oleh Penyelenggara.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this promotion is not available to the owners, directors, commissioners, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, event organizers, agencies, vendors, advertising agencies, promotional media agencies, and other parties directly involved in the administration of the promotion, including their immediate family members.

Program ini tidak berlaku bagi pemilik, direksi, komisaris, pengurus, karyawan PT Acer Indonesia, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, event organizer, agensi, vendor, biro iklan, biro/agensi media promosi, pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam penyelenggaraan program, serta anggota keluarga inti dari pihak-pihak tersebut, kecuali ditentukan lain secara tertulis oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants who purchase eligible Acer products must submit their Promo Code claim through the official website or other channels designated by the Organizer.

Peserta yang membeli produk Acer yang memenuhi syarat wajib mengajukan klaim Promo Code secara online melalui situs resmi atau kanal yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants are required to provide complete and accurate information and upload all required supporting documents, including but not limited to: purchase receipts, invoices, sales slips, product photographs, product serial number photographs, and any other documentation requested by the Organizer.

Peserta wajib mengisi data dengan benar dan lengkap, serta mengunggah dokumen pendukung yang diminta, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada foto atau salinan struk/invoice/nota pembelian serta foto produk dan serial number produk.

The Organizer will conduct a verification process within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days after all required documents and information have been received in complete form. If the claim is approved and all requirements have been satisfied, the Promo Code will be delivered to the Participant through the registered email address or other designated communication channel.

Penyelenggara akan melakukan proses verifikasi dalam waktu maksimal 14 (empat belas) hari kerja sejak dokumen dan informasi diterima lengkap oleh Penyelenggara. Apabila klaim dinyatakan valid dan Peserta memenuhi seluruh persyaratan, Promo Code akan dikirimkan ke alamat email atau kanal komunikasi yang didaftarkan oleh Peserta.

If submitted documents are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, duplicated, suspicious, or indicate potential fraud, the Organizer may request clarification or additional supporting documentation. Failure to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by the Organizer may result in rejection of the claim.

Apabila terdapat kekurangan dokumen, informasi tidak valid, data tidak sesuai, indikasi duplikasi, atau indikasi kecurangan, Penyelenggara berhak meminta klarifikasi atau dokumen tambahan. Apabila Peserta tidak memberikan klarifikasi atau dokumen tambahan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara, klaim dapat ditolak.

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct verification with retailers, dealers, resellers, distributors, marketplaces, warranty systems, Acer internal databases, and other relevant parties to validate product purchases, serial numbers, warranty status, and claim eligibility.

Penyelenggara berhak melakukan verifikasi silang kepada toko, dealer, reseller, distributor, marketplace, sistem garansi, database internal Acer, atau pihak terkait lainnya untuk memvalidasi pembelian produk, serial number, status garansi, dan keabsahan klaim.

Promo Codes have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, assigned, substituted for other products, or otherwise used in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Promo Code tidak dapat diuangkan, tidak dapat diperjualbelikan, tidak dapat diganti dengan produk lain, tidak dapat dialihkan, dan hanya dapat digunakan sesuai ketentuan program.

The Organizer is under no obligation to replace Promo Codes that have been lost, expired, redeemed, used by unauthorized persons, or left unused beyond the applicable redemption deadline.

Promo Code yang hilang, kedaluwarsa, telah digunakan, digunakan oleh pihak yang tidak berhak, atau tidak diredeem sampai batas waktu yang ditentukan tidak wajib diganti oleh Penyelenggara.

If, after a Promo Code has been issued or a Ticket has been redeemed, the related product purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, determined to be invalid, or found to involve fraudulent activity, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the Promo Code, cancel the Ticket, deny Race Pack collection, disqualify the Participant, and/or require reimbursement of any benefits received.

Apabila setelah Promo Code diberikan atau Tiket diredeem ternyata transaksi pembelian produk dibatalkan, dikembalikan, refund, tidak sah, atau mengandung indikasi kecurangan, Penyelenggara berhak membatalkan Promo Code, membatalkan Tiket, menolak Race Pack, mendiskualifikasi Peserta, dan/atau meminta penggantian nilai Tiket atau manfaat lain yang telah diterima Peserta.

Upon receiving a Promo Code, Participants must redeem the Promo Code through the official platform or channel designated by the Organizer. Participants are responsible for completing the registration and redemption process in accordance with the instructions provided through the applicable platform.

Setelah menerima Promo Code, Peserta wajib menukarkan Promo Code melalui kanal atau platform resmi yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Peserta wajib menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran dan redemption sesuai instruksi yang tersedia pada kanal atau platform resmi tersebut.

Promo Codes are valid only for participation in the ACERUN 7K 2026 7K Run category and shall only be considered valid if successfully redeemed before the redemption deadline established by the Organizer.

Promo Code hanya berlaku untuk kategori lari 7K ACERUN 7K 2026 dan hanya sah apabila berhasil diredeem sebelum batas waktu yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

Receipt of a Promo Code does not automatically guarantee participation in the Event if the Participant fails to complete the redemption process, does not satisfy the applicable age, health, or administrative requirements, or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Penerimaan Promo Code tidak secara otomatis menjamin keikutsertaan apabila Peserta tidak menyelesaikan proses redemption, tidak memenuhi syarat usia/kesehatan/administrasi, atau melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

Once redeemed, a Promo Code will generate a Ticket and/or e-ticket under the name of the registered Participant and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise used by any other person.

Promo Code yang telah diredeem akan menghasilkan Tiket/e-ticket atas nama Peserta yang didaftarkan dan tidak boleh dialihkan kepada pihak lain.

Participants shall not engage in, attempt to engage in, facilitate, or assist any fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful activity in connection with Ticket purchases, Promo Code redemption, registration, Race Pack collection, or participation in ACERUN 7K 2026.

Peserta dilarang melakukan atau mencoba melakukan tindakan kecurangan, manipulasi, penyalahgunaan, atau tindakan tidak sah dalam bentuk apa pun sehubungan dengan pembelian Tiket, redemption Promo Code, pendaftaran, Race Pack Collection, maupun keikutsertaan dalam Acara.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using false, fictitious, invalid, stolen, or another person's identity or personal information;
• Using multiple accounts, email addresses, telephone numbers, or identities to circumvent registration limits, participant quotas, or promotional restrictions;
• Forging, altering, duplicating, selling, transferring, reproducing, or otherwise misusing Tickets, e-tickets, Promo Codes, race bibs, timing chips, invoices, receipts, serial numbers, or supporting documents;
• Using invalid, fabricated, duplicated, previously submitted, or otherwise ineligible proof of purchase documents;
• Using a product, serial number, invoice, receipt, or purchase documentation belonging to another person without authorization;
• Requesting refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or product returns after obtaining a Promo Code or Ticket for the purpose of receiving unauthorized benefits;
• Using scripts, bots, automated systems, software tools, or any other technical means to manipulate registration systems, quotas, promotional programs, or Event platforms;
• Selling, purchasing, transferring, exchanging, offering, or advertising Tickets, Promo Codes, race bibs, or participation slots to third parties;
• Participating under another Participant's name, race bib, or identity;
• Taking shortcuts, receiving unauthorized assistance, or engaging in any conduct that compromises the integrity of race results;
• Engaging in conduct that harms, disrupts, interferes with, or negatively affects other participants, Event personnel, volunteers, race marshals, medical staff, spectators, sponsors, or third parties.

Tindakan yang dilarang termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

• Menggunakan identitas palsu, identitas orang lain, identitas tidak sah, atau data yang tidak sesuai dokumen resmi;
• Menggunakan lebih dari satu akun, email, nomor telepon, atau identitas untuk menghindari pembatasan kuota;
• Memalsukan, mengubah, menggandakan, diperjualbelikan, atau mengalihkan Tiket, e-ticket, Promo Code, BIB/nomor dada, timing chip, invoice, struk, serial number, atau dokumen pendukung lain;
• Menggunakan bukti pembelian produk yang tidak sah, hasil rekayasa, hasil duplikasi, hasil pembelian di luar periode program, atau telah digunakan untuk klaim sebelumnya;
• Menggunakan produk, serial number, atau dokumen pembelian yang bukan miliknya tanpa hak;
• Melakukan refund, pembatalan transaksi, atau pengembalian produk setelah memperoleh Promo Code atau Tiket dengan maksud memperoleh manfaat secara tidak sah;
• Menggunakan script, bot, atau cara teknik lain untuk memanipulasi pendaftaran, kuota, sistem, atau platform;
• Menjual, membeli, memindahkan, menukar, atau menawarkan Tiket, Promo Code, BIB/nomor dada, atau slot keikutsertaan kepada pihak lain;
• Berlari menggunakan nama, BIB/nomor dada, atau identitas Peserta lain;
• Memotong rute, bantuan tidak sah, atau cara lain yang tidak sportif untuk menyelesaikan rute;
• Melakukan tindakan yang merugikan Peserta lain, petugas, Penyelenggara, sponsor, atau pihak ketiga.

If the Organizer suspects any fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct, the Organizer reserves the right to investigate the matter and take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to: requesting clarification or supporting documentation, withholding or refusing Race Pack collection, denying Event participation, cancelling Tickets or Promo Codes, disqualifying Participants, invalidating race results, withholding medals, prizes, benefits, or awards, restricting participation in future events, and/or pursuing any legal remedies available under applicable law.

Apabila terdapat indikasi kecurangan, Penyelenggara berhak melakukan investigasi, meminta klarifikasi, menahan Race Pack, menolak start, membatalkan Tiket, membatalkan Promo Code, mendiskualifikasi Peserta, membatalkan hasil lari, menolak pemberian medali/hadiah/manfaat, memasukkan Peserta ke daftar pembatasan keikutsertaan event berikutnya, dan/atau mengambil langkah hukum yang diperlukan.

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding registration validity, Promo Code eligibility, Ticket validity, race bib ownership, race results, prize eligibility, and participant disqualification shall be final and binding.

Keputusan Penyelenggara atas validitas pendaftaran, klaim Promo Code, Tiket, BIB/nomor dada, hasil lari, dan diskualifikasi bersifat final dan mengikat.

Participants must collect their Race Pack at the designated date, time, and location specified by the Organizer. Race Packs may not be collected outside the designated collection period and will not be shipped or delivered unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organizer.

Peserta wajib mengambil Race Pack pada tanggal, waktu, dan lokasi yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Race Pack tidak dapat diambil di luar jadwal yang ditentukan dan tidak dapat dikirimkan, kecuali ditentukan lain secara tertulis oleh Penyelenggara.

To collect a Race Pack, Participants must present a valid e-ticket or registration confirmation, the original identification document used during registration, and any additional documentation requested by the Organizer.

Peserta wajib menunjukkan e-ticket/konfirmasi pendaftaran dan dokumen identitas asli yang sesuai dengan data pendaftaran pada saat pengambilan Race Pack.

As a general rule, Race Packs must be collected by the registered Participant. If collection by a representative is permitted by the Organizer, the representative must provide all required documentation, which may include: a signed authorization letter, a copy of the Participant's identification document, the representative's original identification document, the Participant's e-ticket, and any additional supporting documents required by the Organizer.

Race Pack pada prinsipnya wajib diambil sendiri oleh Peserta yang terdaftar. Apabila Penyelenggara memperkenankan pengambilan oleh perwakilan, perwakilan wajib membawa dokumen yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada surat kuasa, salinan identitas Peserta, identitas asli perwakilan, e-ticket, dan/atau dokumen pendukung lain.

Participants who fail to collect their Race Pack within the designated collection period shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the Event and shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, compensation, credit, or other remedy.

Peserta yang tidak mengambil Race Pack sesuai jadwal dianggap mengundurkan diri atas kehendak sendiri dan tidak berhak atas refund, penggantian, kompensasi, atau klaim apa pun.

The Organizer reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or refuse Race Pack collection if there are discrepancies in registration information, incomplete documentation, suspected forgery, suspected Ticket or race bib transfers, health or safety concerns, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Penyelenggara berhak menahan atau menolak penyerahan Race Pack apabila terdapat ketidaksesuaian data, dokumen tidak lengkap, dugaan pemalsuan, indikasi pengalihan Tiket/BIB/nomor dada, kondisi kesehatan yang berisiko, atau pelanggaran terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

All Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Race Guide, and all instructions issued by the Race Director, race marshals, Event officials, security personnel, medical personnel, government authorities, and other individuals authorized by the Organizer.

Peserta wajib mematuhi seluruh tata tertib, Race Guide, instruksi race director, marshal, panitia, petugas keamanan, tenaga medis, pihak berwenang, dan/atau petugas lain yang ditunjuk oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants must follow the official race course designated by the Organizer at all times.

Peserta wajib mengikuti rute resmi yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants are required to wear their official race bib on the front of their clothing and ensure that it remains clearly visible throughout the Event.

Peserta wajib menggunakan BIB/nomor dada di bagian depan pakaian dan memastikan BIB/nomor dada terlihat jelas selama Acara berlangsung.

Participants must start the race at the designated start location and within the official start window established by the Organizer. Participants may be disqualified if they start before the official flag-off, start from an unauthorized location, start after the designated start deadline, and/or fail to comply with Event procedures.

Peserta wajib start sesuai waktu dan titik lokasi yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Peserta yang start sebelum waktu resmi, start dari titik yang tidak sah, atau start setelah batas waktu yang ditentukan dapat didiskualifikasi.

The official cut-off time for the 7K category will be specified in the Race Guide. Participants who fail to complete the course within the designated cut-off time or fail to follow the official route may be recorded as Did Not Finish (DNF) and may be ineligible to receive official race results, finisher medals, certificates, prizes, or other benefits.

Cut-off time untuk kategori 7K akan ditentukan dalam Race Guide. Peserta yang tidak memenuhi cut-off time atau tidak mengikuti rute resmi dapat dinyatakan tidak menyelesaikan lomba (DNF) dan tidak berhak atas hasil lari, medali finisher, atau manfaat lain.

Participants must immediately discontinue participation if instructed to do so by race marshals, medical personnel, security personnel, the Race Director, or any authorized authority.

Peserta wajib menghentikan keikutsertaan apabila diminta oleh marshal, tenaga medis, petugas keamanan, race director, atau pihak berwenang.

Participants shall not bring, possess, display, or use any item, equipment, material, or object that, in the Organizer's opinion, may endanger safety, disrupt public order, interfere with the Event, violate applicable laws, or conflict with the purpose of ACERUN 7K 2026. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Motorized or wheeled vehicles and mobility devices not specifically authorized by the Organizer, pets or animals, firearms, weapons, explosives, or dangerous objects, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or controlled substances, drones or commercial recording equipment without prior written approval, promotional materials, banners, signs, advertisements, or commercial content not approved by the Organizer, and/or materials containing discriminatory, offensive, hateful, provocative, political, defamatory, or pornographic content.

Peserta dilarang membawa atau menggunakan barang, perlengkapan, atribut, atau sarana apa pun yang menurut Penyelenggara dapat membahayakan keselamatan, mengganggu ketertiban, menghambat jalannya Acara, melanggar hukum, atau tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penyelenggaraan ACERUN 7K 2026. Larangan ini termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kendaraan atau alat bantu beroda, hewan peliharaan, senjata atau benda berbahaya, minuman beralkohol, narkotika, drone atau perangkat perekam untuk kepentingan komersial tanpa persetujuan Penyelenggara, serta atribut atau materi yang bersifat diskriminatif, provokatif, politis, pornografis, ujaran kebencian, atau promosi yang tidak disetujui Penyelenggara.

Participants shall not obstruct, threaten, harass, intimidate, verbally abuse, physically abuse, or otherwise engage in unsportsmanlike conduct toward other participants, Event personnel, volunteers, race marshals, medical staff, spectators, sponsors, or any other person present at the Event.

Peserta dilarang menghalangi, melakukan kekerasan verbal/fisik, atau melakukan tindakan tidak sportif terhadap Peserta lain, panitia, marshal, tenaga medis, petugas keamanan, penonton, atau pihak ketiga.

Participants shall not receive unauthorized assistance, use vehicles, exchange race bibs, alter race results, cut the course, or engage in any conduct that may affect the integrity or validity of the competition.

Peserta dilarang menerima bantuan tidak sah, menggunakan kendaraan, memotong rute, bertukar BIB/nomor dada, atau melakukan tindakan lain yang dapat memengaruhi keabsahan hasil lari.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove, suspend, or disqualify any Participant who violates Event rules, jeopardizes safety, disrupts Event operations, or fails to comply with official instructions.

Penyelenggara berhak menghentikan, mengeluarkan, atau mendiskualifikasi Peserta yang melanggar tata tertib, membahayakan keselamatan, mengganggu ketertiban, atau tidak mematuhi instruksi petugas.

Participants acknowledge and understand that running is a physically demanding activity that involves inherent risks. Such risks may include, without limitation: physical exhaustion, muscle strain, falls and collisions, heat-related illness, dehydration, loss of consciousness, respiratory complications, cardiac events, serious injury, permanent disability, death, loss of or damage to personal property, and other risks arising from weather conditions, road conditions, crowds, facilities, Participant conduct, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

Peserta memahami dan menyetujui bahwa kegiatan lari merupakan aktivitas fisik yang memiliki risiko, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kelelahan, cedera, benturan, pingsan, risiko serangan jantung, gangguan pernapasan, komplikasi kesehatan, cacat, kematian, kehilangan atau kerusakan barang, dan risiko lain yang mungkin timbul karena kondisi Peserta, tindakan Peserta, tindakan pihak lain, cuaca, kondisi jalan, kerumunan, fasilitas, atau keadaan di luar kendali Penyelenggara.

Each Participant is solely responsible for evaluating and monitoring their own physical condition before, during, and after the Event. By participating in ACERUN 7K 2026, each Participant represents and warrants that they are medically fit to participate and do not suffer from any condition that may endanger themselves or others.

Peserta bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menilai kondisi kesehatannya sendiri sebelum, selama, dan setelah Acara. Dengan mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026, Peserta menyatakan bahwa dirinya berada dalam kondisi kesehatan yang memadai untuk mengikuti Acara dan tidak memiliki kondisi medis yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri atau pihak lain.

Participants are strongly encouraged to undergo an appropriate health assessment prior to participation, particularly if they have a history of cardiovascular disease, respiratory illness, chronic medical conditions, serious injury, pregnancy, or other health-related concerns.

Peserta disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara mandiri sebelum mengikuti Acara, terutama apabila memiliki riwayat penyakit atau kondisi medis tertentu. Peserta yang memiliki riwayat penyakit jantung, gangguan pernapasan serius, penyakit kronis, cedera serius, sedang hamil, atau kondisi medis lain yang berisiko wajib berkonsultasi dengan dokter terlebih dahulu sebelum mengikuti Acara.

Participants must immediately stop running and seek medical assistance if they experience symptoms including dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, severe nausea, severe cramping, disorientation, injury, or any other unusual physical condition.

Peserta wajib segera berhenti berlari dan mencari bantuan medis apabila mengalami pusing, nyeri dada, sesak napas, mual berat, kram berat, disorientasi, cedera, atau gejala lain yang tidak wajar.

Participants authorize the Organizer, medical personnel, emergency responders, and other authorized personnel to provide first aid, transport Participants to medical facilities, arrange emergency medical treatment, and take any action reasonably necessary to protect Participant health and safety.

Peserta menyetujui bahwa Penyelenggara, tenaga medis, atau pihak yang ditunjuk berhak memberikan pertolongan pertama, memindahkan Peserta ke area medis, membawa Peserta ke fasilitas kesehatan, dan/atau mengambil tindakan darurat lain yang dianggap perlu.

Except to the extent expressly covered under any Event insurance program provided by the Organizer, all medical expenses, hospital expenses, medication costs, ambulance fees, treatment costs, rehabilitation expenses, and other healthcare-related costs shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Setiap biaya perawatan lanjutan, rawat jalan, rawat inap, obat-obatan, tindakan medis, ambulans, atau biaya lain di luar pertolongan pertama yang disediakan di lokasi Acara menjadi tanggung jawab Peserta, kecuali ditentukan lain dalam ketentuan asuransi yang secara khusus disediakan oleh Penyelenggara.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants release and discharge the Organizer from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the inherent health and safety risks associated with participation in the Event, except to the extent caused solely by the Organizer's intentional misconduct.

Peserta dengan ini membebaskan Penyelenggara dari segala klaim, tuntutan, kerugian, biaya, atau tanggung jawab yang timbul dari risiko kesehatan atau keselamatan yang melekat pada keikutsertaan Peserta, sepanjang tidak disebabkan semata-mata oleh kesalahan yang disengaja dari Penyelenggara.

The Organizer may provide supporting facilities and services, including but not limited to: water stations, medical points, baggage drop facilities, parking areas, sponsor activation booths, participant services, and other Event-related facilities.

Penyelenggara dapat menyediakan fasilitas pendukung seperti water station, medical point, baggage drop, area parkir, sponsor booth, atau fasilitas lain sesuai ketersediaan dan kebijakan Penyelenggara.

The type, quantity, location, operating hours, and availability of such facilities may be modified, restricted, relocated, suspended, or removed at any time due to operational requirements, safety considerations, security concerns, venue conditions, permit requirements, or Organizer discretion.

Jenis, jumlah, lokasi, dan ketersediaan fasilitas dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu berdasarkan kondisi lapangan, keselamatan, keamanan, perizinan, atau kebijakan Penyelenggara.

Where baggage drop services are provided, Participants are prohibited from depositing cash, jewelry, passports, identification documents, laptops, tablets, cameras, mobile phones, valuable electronics, confidential documents, or other high-value items.

Apabila disediakan fasilitas penitipan barang (baggage drop), Peserta dilarang menitipkan uang tunai, perhiasan, dokumen penting, perangkat elektronik, laptop, tablet, kamera, atau barang berharga lainnya.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misplacement, delay, deterioration, or claim relating to Participants' personal property, whether carried by Participants or deposited in baggage drop facilities.

Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan, kerusakan, tertukar, keterlambatan pengambilan, atau klaim atas barang pribadi Peserta, termasuk barang yang dibawa sendiri maupun yang dititipkan pada fasilitas penitipan barang (baggage drop).

Each Participant remains solely responsible for safeguarding and securing their personal belongings at all times while attending or participating in ACERUN 7K 2026.

Peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas barang pribadinya masing-masing selama berada di area Acara.

If the Organizer elects to provide finisher medals, prizes, door prizes, merchandise, vouchers, promotional items, or any other benefits in connection with ACERUN 7K 2026, such benefits shall be subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, and procedures established by the Organizer.

Apabila Penyelenggara menyediakan medali finisher, hadiah/doorprize, merchandise, atau manfaat lain, pemberian tersebut tunduk pada ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants shall only be eligible to receive a finisher medal or any finisher-related benefit if they successfully complete the official race course, use a valid race bib assigned to them by the Organizer, comply with all applicable Event rules and requirements, are not disqualified, and meet the applicable cut-off time and race completion requirements.

Peserta hanya berhak atas medali finisher atau manfaat lainnya terkait status sebagai finisher apabila menyelesaikan rute resmi sesuai ketentuan, menggunakan BIB/nomor dada yang sah, tidak didiskualifikasi, dan memenuhi cut-off time serta ketentuan lain yang berlaku.

Prizes, door prizes, merchandise, vouchers, and other benefits, where applicable, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

Hadiah/doorprize, merchandise, atau manfaat lain (jika tersedia) tidak dapat diuangkan, tidak dapat dialihkan, dan tidak dapat ditukar, kecuali ditentukan lain oleh Penyelenggara.

Prize winners may be required to present valid identification documents and any additional supporting documentation requested by the Organizer before receiving a prize or benefit.

Pemenang hadiah/doorprize (jika tersedia) wajib menunjukkan identitas asli dan dokumen pendukung lain yang diminta oleh Penyelenggara.

The Organizer reserves the right to withhold, revoke, cancel, or refuse any prize, award, medal, merchandise item, or other benefit if the Participant cannot be properly verified, fails to comply with the applicable requirements, provides inaccurate or misleading information, violates these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that may harm the Organizer, Event partners, sponsors, or the integrity of the Event.

Penyelenggara berhak membatalkan pemberian hadiah/doorprize atau manfaat lain (jika tersedia) apabila pemenang tidak dapat diverifikasi, tidak hadir saat diwajibkan hadir, memberikan data tidak benar, melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan, atau melakukan tindakan yang merugikan Penyelenggara.

By registering for and participating in ACERUN 7K 2026, each Participant grants the Organizer the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, film, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and otherwise use the Participant's name, image, likeness, voice, race results, statements, testimonials, and any other materials containing or relating to the Participant. Such materials may be used for purposes including, but not limited to: event documentation, publicity and public relations activities, marketing and promotional campaigns, sponsor-related communications, internal and external reporting, archival purposes, future Acer events and activities, and other legitimate business purposes relating to ACERUN 7K 2026 and associated programs.

Dengan mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026, Peserta memberikan persetujuan kepada Penyelenggara untuk mengambil, merekam, menggunakan, menyimpan, memperbanyak, menampilkan, mempublikasikan, mengedit, dan mendistribusikan foto, video, suara, nama, kemiripan, testimoni, hasil lari, dan/atau dokumentasi lain yang memuat Peserta untuk kepentingan dokumentasi, publikasi, promosi, komunikasi, laporan, arsip, dan kegiatan pemasaran terkait ACERUN 2026, Acer, sponsor, dan/atau acara/event sejenis di masa mendatang.

The Organizer may use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, adapt, edit, and communicate such materials through any media now known or later developed, including: print media, broadcast media, digital platforms, websites, social media channels, advertising materials, promotional materials, presentation materials, sponsor communications, and other communication channels, without any obligation to provide compensation, royalties, fees, or additional consideration to the Participant.

Penggunaan dokumentasi tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui media cetak, media elektronik, media sosial, situs web, materi promosi, materi presentasi, materi internal, iklan, publikasi sponsor, dan/atau media lain tanpa kewajiban pembayaran kompensasi tambahan kepada Peserta.

For Participants under the age of 17, any consent required under this section shall be deemed to have been granted by the Participant's parent or legal guardian through the Participant's registration and participation in the Event.

Untuk Peserta di bawah 17 tahun, persetujuan dokumentasi dianggap diberikan oleh orang tua atau wali yang sah melalui persetujuan keikutsertaan Peserta dalam Acara.

All intellectual property rights relating to ACERUN 7K 2026, including its name, logos, trademarks, branding elements, promotional materials, race materials, photographs, videos, official documentation, digital content, and Event-related materials, shall remain the exclusive property of the Organizer and/or the respective rights holders.

Seluruh hak kekayaan intelektual atas logo, nama acara, desain, materi promosi, foto, video, materi komunikasi, konten digital, dan dokumentasi resmi ACERUN 7K 2026 menjadi milik atau berada di bawah penguasaan Penyelenggara dan/atau pihak yang berhak.

Participants may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, exploit, or otherwise utilize any ACERUN 7K 2026 intellectual property for commercial purposes without the Organizer's prior written consent.

Peserta dilarang menggunakan nama, logo, merek, materi promosi, foto, video, atau dokumentasi ACERUN 7K 2026 untuk tujuan komersial tanpa persetujuan tertulis dari Penyelenggara.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizer may collect, access, store, use, verify, disclose, transfer, process, and otherwise handle Participants' Personal Data for purposes related to the organization, administration, operation, and management of ACERUN 7K 2026. Such purposes may include, without limitation: registration administration, ticket and Promo Code verification, Race Pack collection, payment processing, fraud prevention, event safety and security, medical assistance and emergency response, insurance administration, participant communications, event documentation and publication, statistical analysis and reporting, legal and regulatory compliance, and other purposes reasonably related to the Event.

Peserta menyetujui bahwa Penyelenggara dapat mengumpulkan, menggunakan, menyimpan, memverifikasi, mengungkapkan, mengalihkan, dan/atau memproses Data Pribadi Peserta untuk keperluan penyelenggaraan ACERUN 7K 2026, administrasi pendaftaran, verifikasi Tiket dan Promo Code, Race Pack Collection, pembayaran, pencegahan kecurangan, keamanan Acara, layanan medis, asuransi, komunikasi, dokumentasi, publikasi, analisis, pelaporan, kepatuhan hukum, dan tujuan lain yang relevan dengan Acara.

Personal Data that may be processed includes, but is not limited to: full name, identification number, date of birth, gender, nationality, email address, telephone number, residential address, apparel size, emergency contact information, health information voluntarily provided by the Participant, photographs and video recordings, race results and participation records, transaction information, Acer product purchase information, product serial numbers, proof of purchase documentation, and any other information provided by the Participant or lawfully obtained by the Organizer.

Data Pribadi yang dapat diproses termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada nama, nomor identitas, tanggal lahir, jenis kelamin, kewarganegaraan, alamat email, nomor telepon, alamat, ukuran pakaian, kontak darurat, informasi kesehatan yang diberikan Peserta, foto/video, hasil lari, data transaksi, data pembelian produk Acer, serial number produk, bukti pembelian, dan data lain yang diberikan Peserta atau diperoleh secara sah oleh Penyelenggara.

Participants represent and warrant that all Personal Data submitted is accurate, complete, lawful, and provided with proper authority. Where a Participant submits Personal Data belonging to another individual, including a parent, guardian, emergency contact, or minor, the Participant represents and warrants that all required permissions and consents have been obtained.

Peserta menyatakan bahwa seluruh Data Pribadi yang diberikan adalah benar, akurat, lengkap, dan diberikan secara sah. Apabila Peserta memberikan Data Pribadi pihak lain, termasuk orang tua/wali, kontak darurat, atau anak di bawah umur, Peserta menjamin telah memperoleh persetujuan yang diperlukan dari pihak tersebut.

The Organizer may disclose Personal Data to third parties engaged in supporting the Event, including but not limited to: event organizers, registration and ticketing platforms, payment gateway providers, technology service providers, Race Pack vendors, logistics providers, medical personnel, hospitals, ambulance service providers, insurance providers, photographers, videographers, sponsors, affiliates, consultants, and/or government authorities or regulators, provided that such disclosure is relevant to the Event or required by applicable law.

Penyelenggara dapat mengungkapkan Data Pribadi Peserta kepada pihak yang bekerja sama dengan Penyelenggara, termasuk event organizer, platform ticketing, payment gateway, vendor teknologi, vendor Race Pack, vendor logistik, tenaga medis, rumah sakit, ambulans, asuransi, fotografer, videografer, sponsor, afiliasi, konsultan, dan/atau pihak berwenang, sepanjang relevan dengan tujuan penyelenggaraan Acara atau diwajibkan oleh hukum.

Personal Data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for Event administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, auditing, recordkeeping, and other legitimate business purposes.

Penyelenggara akan menyimpan Data Pribadi selama diperlukan untuk tujuan penyelenggaraan Acara, kepatuhan hukum, penyelesaian sengketa, audit, pencegahan kecurangan, administrasi internal, dan/atau tujuan sah lainnya.

Participants may refer to Acer's Privacy Policy for further information regarding Acer's data processing practices: https://www.acer.com/id-id/privacy. The Organizer may also issue a specific ACERUN 7K 2026 Privacy Notice, which shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Peserta dapat merujuk pada kebijakan privasi Acer yang berlaku pada https://www.acer.com/id-id/privacy untuk informasi lebih lanjut mengenai praktik pemrosesan Data Pribadi oleh Acer. Dalam hal diperlukan, Penyelenggara dapat menerbitkan pemberitahuan privasi (privacy notice) khusus ACERUN 7K 2026 yang menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

By participating in the Event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the processing of Personal Data as described in these Terms and Conditions and any applicable privacy documentation.

Dengan mengikuti Acara, Peserta menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui pemrosesan Data Pribadi sebagaimana diatur dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan kebijakan privasi yang berlaku.

Participation in ACERUN 7K 2026 is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the Participant's own risk.

Peserta mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026 secara sadar, sukarela, dan atas risiko sendiri.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants release and discharge the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or proceedings arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the Event;
• Injury, illness, disability, death, or medical conditions affecting the Participant;
• Loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property;
• Registration errors, delays, or failures caused by inaccurate Participant information or third-party system failures;
• Failure to collect a Race Pack;
• Disqualification or cancellation of participation resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions;
• Event modifications, restrictions, postponements, relocations, or cancellations caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control; and
• Acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or actions of Participants, spectators, vendors, contractors, sponsors, third parties, or individuals not directly controlled by the Organizer.

Sepanjang diperbolehkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, Peserta dengan ini membebaskan Penyelenggara dari setiap klaim, tuntutan, gugatan, kerugian, biaya, tanggung jawab, atau pengeluaran yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan:

• Keikutsertaan Peserta dalam Acara;
• Cedera, sakit, cacat, kematian, atau kondisi medis Peserta;
• Kehilangan atau kerusakan barang pribadi;
• Keterlambatan, kesalahan, atau kegagalan pendaftaran akibat data yang tidak benar atau gangguan pihak ketiga;
• Kegagalan Peserta mengambil Race Pack;
• Diskualifikasi atau pembatalan keikutsertaan karena pelanggaran Syarat dan Ketentuan;
• Perubahan, penundaan, pembatasan, atau pembatalan Acara karena keadaan kahar atau alasan lain di luar kendali wajar Penyelenggara;
• Tindakan atau kelalaian Peserta, Peserta lain, penonton, pihak ketiga, atau pihak yang tidak berada di bawah kendali langsung Penyelenggara.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, or economic losses, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or similar damages arising in connection with the Event.

Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, kehilangan keuntungan, kehilangan kesempatan, kerugian reputasi, kerugian immateriil, atau kerugian konsekuensial lainnya yang timbul sehubungan dengan Acara.

The protections and limitations set out in this section shall apply to PT Acer Indonesia and its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, partners, vendors, contractors, event organizers, directors, commissioners, officers, employees, volunteers, race officials, race marshals, medical personnel, representatives, agents, and other parties involved in ACERUN 7K 2026.

Pembatasan tanggung jawab ini berlaku untuk PT Acer Indonesia, event organizer, afiliasi, sponsor, vendor, mitra, direksi, komisaris, karyawan, agen, perwakilan, panitia, marshal, tenaga medis, dan pihak lain yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan ACERUN 7K 2026.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, restrict, postpone, reschedule, relocate, alter the route, revise the format, suspend, or cancel the Event if necessary for reasons including, but not limited to: participant safety, public security, public health concerns, government requirements or directives, permit-related issues, technical disruptions, infrastructure failures, traffic conditions, route conditions, extreme weather conditions, or any other circumstance that may adversely affect the safe and successful conduct of the Event.

Penyelenggara berhak mengubah, membatasi, menunda, menjadwalkan ulang, mengalihkan lokasi, mengubah rute, mengubah format, atau membatalkan Acara apabila terdapat alasan keselamatan, keamanan, kesehatan, perizinan, arahan pemerintah, keadaan kahar, gangguan teknik, gangguan infrastruktur, gangguan keamanan, cuaca ekstrem, kondisi lalu lintas, kondisi rute, atau keadaan lain yang menurut Penyelenggara dapat memengaruhi kelancaran atau keselamatan Acara.

Force majeure events include, without limitation: natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, severe weather events, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions or prohibitions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, demonstrations, security threats, state or governmental events, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, power outages, telecommunications failures, technology system failures, critical vendor failures, permit denials or permit revocations, and any other event beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

Keadaan kahar termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, cuaca ekstrem, banjir, gempa bumi, kebakaran, wabah penyakit, pandemi, epidemi, kebijakan atau larangan pemerintah, keadaan darurat kesehatan, perang, terorisme, kerusuhan, huru-hara, demonstrasi, gangguan keamanan, acara kenegaraan, pemogokan, gangguan transportasi, gangguan listrik, gangguan jaringan, gangguan sistem teknologi, kegagalan vendor penting, tidak diperolehnya atau dicabutnya perizinan, serta keadaan lain di luar kendali wajar Penyelenggara.

In the event of modification, postponement, relocation, or cancellation due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control, all Tickets shall remain non-refundable and the Organizer shall have no obligation to reimburse travel costs, accommodation expenses, transportation expenses, or any other costs incurred by Participants unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

Dalam hal terjadi perubahan, penundaan, atau pembatalan Acara karena keadaan kahar atau alasan di luar kendali wajar Penyelenggara, Tiket tetap bersifat non-refundable dan Penyelenggara tidak berkewajiban memberikan kompensasi, penggantian biaya perjalanan, akomodasi, transportasi, atau biaya lain yang telah dikeluarkan Peserta, kecuali ditentukan lain berdasarkan kebijakan Penyelenggara.

Any special policy relating to rescheduling, transfer of benefits, replacement options, or alternative arrangements will be announced through the Official Channels and shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Apabila Penyelenggara menetapkan kebijakan khusus terkait penjadwalan ulang, pengalihan manfaat, atau opsi lain, kebijakan tersebut akan diumumkan melalui Kanal Resmi dan menjadi bagian dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, revise, update, remove, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Penyelenggara berhak mengubah, menambah, mengurangi, atau memperbarui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu.

Any amendments will be announced through the Official Channels or through other communication methods deemed appropriate by the Organizer. Participants are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions, the Race Guide, and official announcements periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Perubahan Syarat dan Ketentuan akan diumumkan melalui Kanal Resmi atau sarana lain yang dianggap memadai oleh Penyelenggara. Peserta diminta secara berkala memeriksa Syarat dan Ketentuan, Race Guide, dan pengumuman resmi terkait ACERUN 7K 2026.

By continuing with registration, Promo Code redemption, Race Pack collection, or participation in the Event following the publication of any amendment, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such amendment.

Dengan tetap mengikuti proses pendaftaran, penukaran Promo Code, pengambilan Race Pack, atau berpartisipasi dalam Acara setelah perubahan diumumkan, Peserta dianggap telah menyetujui perubahan tersebut.

In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials, advertisements, posters, social media content, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Race Guide provisions, or other communications, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Organizer.

Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan antara informasi pada materi promosi, poster, media sosial, FAQ, Race Guide, atau komunikasi lain dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, maka Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang berlaku, kecuali Penyelenggara secara tegas menentukan lain.

Any matter not expressly addressed in these Terms and Conditions may be further regulated, clarified, or supplemented by the Organizer through the Race Guide, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), official announcements, operational guidelines, or other policies issued from time to time, all of which shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Hal-hal yang belum diatur dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini akan ditentukan lebih lanjut oleh Penyelenggara melalui Race Guide, FAQ, pengumuman resmi, atau kebijakan lain yang diterbitkan oleh Penyelenggara.
