ACERUN 7K 2026 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. Further details regarding the venue, meeting point, race route, parking areas, and other event details will be announced through ACERUN 7K 2026's official communication channels.
ACERUN 7K 2026 direncanakan akan diselenggarakan pada hari Minggu, 2 Agustus 2026, bertempat di Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. Detail mengenai lokasi, titik kumpul, rute, area parkir, dan detail teknis lainnya akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut melalui kanal resmi ACERUN 7K 2026.
ACERUN 7K 2026 features a single race category: 7K Run.
Pada ACERUN 7K 2026, hanya tersedia satu kategori lari, yaitu: 7K Run.
ACERUN 7K 2026 is open to both Indonesian citizens and international participants. International participants must present a valid passport as proof of identity. However, international participants are not eligible for podium placement and winner determination.
ACERUN 7K 2026 terbuka bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) maupun Warga Negara Asing (WNA). Peserta WNA wajib memiliki dokumen identitas resmi berupa paspor. Namun demikian, peserta WNA tidak memenuhi syarat untuk penentuan pemenang podium.
The 7K Run category is open to participants aged 17 to 70 years old.
Kategori 7K Run terbuka untuk peserta berusia 17 hingga 70 tahun.
The event is scheduled to begin at 5:00 AM (WIB), with the official flag-off taking place at 6:00 AM (WIB). All participants must arrive at the start area no later than 5:30 AM (WIB). Participants arriving after the official flag-off may still start the race within a maximum grace period of 10 minutes. After this period, participants will no longer be permitted to start the race.
Kegiatan direncanakan akan dimulai pada pukul 05.00 WIB hingga selesai, dengan flag off pada pukul 06.00 WIB. Seluruh peserta diwajibkan sudah berada di area start paling lambat pukul 05.30 WIB. Peserta yang tiba setelah waktu flag off masih diperkenankan memulai lomba dalam batas waktu maksimal 10 menit. Setelah batas waktu tersebut, peserta tidak diperkenankan untuk memulai lomba.
Registration must be completed online through the official registration page at: acerid.com/run. Participants are required to provide accurate, complete, and valid information that matches their official identification documents.
Pendaftaran dilakukan secara online melalui tautan resmi berikut: acerid.com/run. Peserta wajib mengisi data diri dengan benar, lengkap, dan sesuai dengan dokumen identitas resmi yang berlaku.
The registration fee for the 7K Run category is determined based on the registration period as follows:
  • Early Bird: IDR 375,000 (Valid from June 5 to June 12, 2026)
  • Normal Price: IDR 450,000 (Valid from June 13, 2026 to July 18, 2026)
  • Bundle Package: IDR 599,000 (Valid from June 5, 2026 to July 18, 2026)
Biaya pendaftaran kategori 7K Run ditetapkan berdasarkan periode registrasi sebagai berikut:

No. All registrations and ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Organizer.

No. Each participant is only permitted to hold one valid registration for ACERUN 7K 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations that contain duplicate information, invalid data, false identities, or any indication of attempts to bypass participant limits or event quotas.
Setiap identitas hanya diperkenankan memiliki 1 tiket untuk mengikuti ACERUN 7K 2026. Penyelenggara berhak membatalkan pendaftaran yang menggunakan data ganda, data tidak valid, identitas palsu, atau terindikasi dilakukan untuk menghindari pembatasan kuota.

The claim process requires participants to complete the requested information and upload supporting documents, including proof of purchase and a photo of the product serial number. All submitted information and documents will be reviewed and verified by the Organizer.

No. A promo code must first be redeemed through the official redemption platform designated by the Organizer. The promo code will only be considered a valid event ticket after the redemption process has been successfully completed in accordance with the applicable requirements.

No. Each eligible product serial number may only be used once to claim a promo code. Any product, serial number, invoice, receipt, proof of purchase, or related documentation that has already been used for a successful claim cannot be submitted again, whether by the same participant or another individual.

Race pack collection will take place from July 31 to August 1, 2026, (will be announced at a later date). Detailed information regarding collection schedules, venue, and procedures will be announced through ACERUN 7K 2026's official communication channels.
Penukaran race pack akan berlangsung pada tanggal 31 Juli 2026 sampai dengan 1 Agustus 2026 (akan diumumkan kemudian). Informasi mengenai waktu, lokasi, dan tata cara pengambilan race pack akan diumumkan lebih lanjut melalui kanal resmi ACERUN 7K 2026.
Participants must present: Their e-ticket or registration confirmation & the original identification document used during registration. All information must match the registration details submitted during sign-up.
Peserta wajib membawa e-ticket atau bukti konfirmasi pendaftaran dan dokumen identitas asli yang sesuai dengan data pendaftaran.
As a general rule, race packs must be collected by the registered participant. If the Organizer permits collection by a representative, the representative must present all required documents, which may include: An authorization letter, a copy of the participant's identification document, the representative's original identification document, the participant's e-ticket, and any additional supporting documents requested by the Organizer.
Pada prinsipnya, race pack wajib diambil oleh peserta yang terdaftar. Apabila Penyelenggara memperbolehkan pengambilan oleh perwakilan, perwakilan wajib membawa dokumen yang ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara, termasuk surat kuasa, salinan identitas peserta, identitas asli perwakilan, e-ticket, dan/atau dokumen pendukung lain.
Participants are required to wear the official race bib issued by the Organizer, follow the designated race route, comply with instructions from the Race Director, race marshals, medical personnel, security officers, event officials, and authorized authorities. Adhere to all rules and procedures outlined in the official Race Guide.
Peserta wajib menggunakan nomor dada atau BIB number resmi yang diberikan oleh Penyelenggara, mengikuti rute resmi, mematuhi arahan race director, marshal, tenaga medis, petugas keamanan, panitia, dan pihak berwenang, serta mengikuti seluruh ketentuan dalam Race Guide yang akan diterbitkan oleh Penyelenggara.
No. Race bibs and registration slots are strictly personal and may only be used by the registered participant. The Organizer will not be responsible for any issues arising from the use of a race bib by an individual whose identity does not match the registration records.
Nomor dada atau BIB number dan slot keikutsertaan bersifat personal dan hanya dapat digunakan oleh peserta yang terdaftar. Oleh karena itu tidak dapat dialihkan kepada pihak lain.
